Daily Care Steps

Step 1 — Cleanse the Feet
Begin by washing the feet with 100% Pure Castile Soap to remove dirt, sweat, and impurities, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry before applying the oil.

Step 2 — General Foot Care
Massage a small amount onto dry or rough areas to soften and rehydrate the skin, or apply generously to tired, achy feet and massage into the soles, heels, toes, and ankles for relaxation and comfort.

Step 3 — Targeted Toe and Nail Application
Rub a generous amount of oil between the toes and over the nails for even coverage, massage into the top and bottom of the feet including the ankles, and reapply up to three times a day as needed for continued support.

Mindful Use

Essential oils can cause irritation or sensitization. Spot test 24 hours prior to application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Consult a physician if irritation persists. If you are pregnant or take medications consult a medical professional before use.

This got ride of a fungus my son had from football. It was bad his toenails were starting to look like wet paper. I instructed him to wash his feet twice an day a we took turns applying the oil after each wash. We did this for 5 days and he was in the clear. His toenails were actual toenails again with a lil length lol. He didn’t have that uncomfortable moist look with peel skin on his feet anymore. He also got his confidence back about the stability of his feet. No SIDE effects!!!!! All natural baby! Lastly we didn’t visit anybody’s doctor’s office.
