Thank you for choosing ALittlePeace for your therapeutic self-care. Below are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

Service Areas: ALittlePeace proudly serves all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories and possessions, and Canada.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 
  • Additional transit time may be required for delivery, depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • U.S.: 3-5 business days
    • Canada: 6-10 business days
  • Please note that USPS and UPS may face occasional delivery delays. ALittlePeace is not liable for any such delays or for packages lost after dispatch. We do not provide order insurance.

Order Confirmation & Tracking: Upon fulfilment you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order's journey."

Damages: Your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure your order arrives correctly and in perfect condition. 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@alittlepeaceproducts.com for a replacement. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items for evidence. To expedite the process, include a picture of the damaged goods in your email. Processing a damage claim can take up to 2 business days, and replacements are sent via standard shipping.
