Return Policy

At ALittlePeace, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are committed to making it right,

    • Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items are eligible for returns only if they are unopened and undamaged. Digital products, such as e-books, are eligible for returns only if they have not been downloaded or if there are technical issues.

    • Final sale items, customized products, and limited editions, are not eligible for returns.

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@alittlepeaceproducts.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photographic evidence.

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Package the items securely and include all original packaging and materials. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.

    • At ALittlePeace’s discretion, refunds are processed once the return is received and approved.

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Processing times for refunds posted by your bank or credit card company may vary, especially during peak seasons or sales periods.

    E-Gift Cards: All e-gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Please note that e-gift cards expire in five years and have no additional fees.

    Damages: Your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure your order arrives correctly and in perfect condition. 

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@alittlepeaceproducts.com for a replacement. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items for evidence. To expedite the process, include a picture of the damaged goods in your email. Processing a damage claim can take up to 2 business days, and replacements are sent via standard shipping.
